Terms of Use
By using TimeSlotSync you agree to these terms. They are deliberately short, because the service is deliberately simple: a free, browser-based time zone tool with no accounts and no stored user data.
What the service is
TimeSlotSync displays local times, converts between time zones and suggests meeting windows based on the working hours you enter. It is an informational aid. It is not a calendar system, it does not send invitations, and it does not integrate with your employer's scheduling system.
Accuracy and the limits of it
Time zone rules are set by governments and change, sometimes at short notice. The tool reads those rules from your own device's copy of the IANA time zone database, so its answers are only as current as your browser and operating system. Daylight saving transitions, newly announced rule changes and unusual local observances can all cause a result to differ from what actually happens on the day.
Always confirm critical meeting times independently. We provide the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
- Do not attempt to disrupt it, overload it, or scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other people. Automated bulk querying is not permitted.
- Do not present the service, or its output, as your own product, and do not remove or obscure attribution.
Share links
A share link encodes your plan inside the URL. Anyone who has the link can read it. You are responsible for who you send it to. Because we neither store nor receive these links, we cannot revoke, expire or recover one for you.
Advertising
The service is funded by advertising. Advertisements are supplied by third parties and their presence is not an endorsement. We are not responsible for the content of, or your dealings with, any advertiser. See our privacy policy for how advertising cookies are handled.
Intellectual property
The TimeSlotSync name, interface and code are owned by Goldenance LLC. City data is provided by the SimpleMaps World Cities Database under the CC BY 4.0 licence. Time zone rules come from the IANA time zone database.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Goldenance LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the service, including missed meetings, scheduling errors or business losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update the service or these terms; the effective date above will change when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
